Unable to log into NFL Sunday Ticket

When I attempt to log into NFL Sunday Ticket, I get error message that I am logged into another streaming player. This is incorrect. I have tried things like deleting and re-installing the app, but nothing works. It is amazing that they charge so much for NFLST and there are stupid problems like this. Any suggestions?

I had logged out of all my other devices. I have been able to log into the app when the games are not playing. On Saturday evening I was able to log into the app. I was also able to log in on Sunday evening. It is only during the time that the games are being played (12PM-7PM CST on Sundays) that I get the error message that I am log in on another streaming device. This has been going on for weeks! It looks like you have a bug in the app. Please advise on how this can be fixed.
