Unable to login on dtv app

We are 20 year subscribers to premium memberrship at dtv/att. Suddenly asked to log in to dtv app after using app for months maybe years. We keep using the correct login and password which we have documented but it says thevpassword info is wrong. We tried uninstalling app and re installing it. Changing it would mean loging in to many apps and devices all over again. Thanks for any help....marcia in modesto

Marcia, "Thank You" for posting with the AT&T Community and Forums Support Team and for being a very long standing member of AT&T/DTV. 20 years is a very long time with us.

 

We understand that you are having a problem with log-in to your DirecTV App.  We can help you that. 

 

To make sure that it is not a username/password issue, please go to https://soc.att.com/2KGH1cX and try to sign in there. 

 

If that works, then we know it is not a username/password problem and we need to troubleshoot the app. Also, can you please try and replicate the problem on any other device?
