Unable to view my DVR on app

I'm unable to view ANY show on my DVR - whether it's downloaded or not. Keep getting an error message stating that I'm streaming to another device but this is not the case. Really frustrated and annoyed. Also nothing has downloaded for 2 weeks.

Usually resetting your main DVR using the red reset button will fix this issue.
