Unable to watch apps using DirecTV credentials.

When I try to use streaming apps like espn or AMC on the Roku or on my phone, it asks me to confirm my provider. I select Directv and when prompted to login it says invalid user ID email and password combination or it kicks me back to the select provider screen or in some apps it tells me I'm connected, but won't let me access the content. Been searching the internet for a solution but no luck. Very frustrated and considering cancelling DirecTV altogether. Please help.

I can't even access the sign in page on the directv website.  Every time I click on the sign up page, I get timed out and get this page:

This site can’t be reached

oidc.idp.clogin.att.com took too long to respond.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
