Update that comes on when I turn on the tv
When I turn on the tv is asks me to install an update but I can’t get to the install button with my remote.
I have looked in the settings and don’t find anything about an update.
Anyone having this problem or have any advice?

Perhaps that message is coming from your TV requesting an update, not the DirecTV box. Or it could be your audio/video receiver if you're viewing through a surround sound setup.

What is the receiver model? Remote model? What message is on-screen specifically? (An image showing the message would be very helpful.)
What current software version is the receiver running?
