Upgrade to an HD receiver (non DVR)

Currently, I have a D12 receiver in the bedroom for a non-hd tv that is split using a "Perfect Vision" 5-2300Mhz 2 way splitter" ( it also says PV23-302 on the splitter, whatever that means) to mirror the signal to another non-hd TV in my pool area. I want to purchase an HD receiver for the bedroom when I upgrade to an HDTV. Will this current set up still work (ie, will the splitter still mirror the signal to my analog TV by the pool area)? I will be using an HDMI connection to the HDTV from the receiver for the bedroom TV.
