V 5.17.009
iPad Version 5.17.009 - can’t stream channels 359 (FBN) and 360 (FXN) click play button and nothing happens. Same home network as HS17. Played ok prior to this version. Other channels play fine. Both channels steam on my iPhone with version 5.17.007! Both devices are running iOS version 13.1.3! Don’t have time to try all channels. But channels 355 & 356 also will not stream. Yet channel 357 and 361 plays fine! Long time customer using DTV app for a long time and gone through many other problems with your software. Please let me know if this is known problem and if I should wait for next release???

Follow up to this problem...
It is definitely being caused when Norton Mobil Security uses it’s VPN for real time web checking. This was working prior to DTV’s 5.17.009. After downloading this update those particular channels would not play with Norton’s Mobil Security VPN on.
Just updated iPad to iOS 13.3. Problem still happening.
i am going to refer this issue also to Norton and tell them I will have to discontinue using their product unless problem is corrected by either DTV or Norton!

Some additional info: I have Norton Secure VPN on both iPad and iPhone. Since I am on home network I am not connected via VPN according to Secure VPN app.
Howeva, when I turn off Connect On Demand in General>VPN>Norton Mobil Security and try streaming those same channels on the iPad, they play ok!
But I have the same settings turned on with iPhone and all channels play ok on that device.
Also I have had Secure VPN working on these devices for nearly a year and DTV apps streamed these channels ok!

Further follow up...
just updated iPad and iPhone iOS to 13.2.3
Issue of certain channels not playing when Norton Mobil Security VPN is on.
iPad with DTV 5.17.009 n/g
iPhone with DTV 5.17.007 channels play ok
There are other issues with what recorded programs appear on playlist w/w Norton Mobil Security VPN that I have not included in this thread as I was originally asking if this was a known issue!

Last update for this thread...
just updated iPhone 6S and iPad 6 to DTV 5.17.102
Now both devices can stream all channels I listed in original post with my Norton VPN on!
Interesting is that the “What’s New” in App Store says 5.17.102 is for “Enable live streaming for ACC Network Channel” which I haven’t seen a detail reason for an update. Usually it just says “Bug Fixes and Enhancements.” So I think while adding ACCN Channel (612) they may have checked that all streaming allowed channels stream from all US locations. When I was on VPN out of LA area those channels could not stream. Now (to repeat) they do stream ok.
Now hopefully they don’t break it!
