very poor reception on local HD channels in Connecticut

We are having poor reception on local channels in HD. It is similar to the interference with a heavy reain storm. All the rest of the HD channels are fine, and the low def feeds on the locals are also clear. It is limited to all the channels broadcasting local HD feeds. It has happened intermittently for the last week, tonight we realized the problem, when the local HD channels were all unwatchable.
