Have you tried uninstalling and reintalling the app on your device? Is the device up to date? We have found that there can be compatibility issues if it is not. Was the app working fine before? Just to clarify, are you trying to watch on Demand content or Live TV on the app? We want to make sure we give you the correct troubleshooting steps.
