VoD Channel Errors

what model of receiver do you have. look for the model number inside the access card door

what seems to be the errors?  keep in mind that it takes 24 hrs for the full VOD content (guide data) to download to your HDDVR.

Golly, how long did it take you to go through all of the On Demand content?  I just ran the South Park scenario and it took me a good 10 minutes on that one alone, so I stopped right there.  Here was what I found.  Channel 1100 indeed does have a whiteout but that is pretty common as they delete/re[place/refresh some links etc.  Channel 1249 does not have the problem you list on my system.  Episode 15:08 of South Park has a referencve to Asperger's in the info box and the episode has that as it's main theme.

I would do a red button (inside card door) reset of the DVR then go away for a day to let the system refresh the Guide data.  If you'd like a totally fresh load, then do two red button resets within a 30 minute period and the system will rease your guide and load a totally fresh copy.  Beware that with the Whole Home Guide labels are downloaded quite quickly but all of the underlying data, links and interactive features (such as linked info data) download in the background so the "wait a day" urging is not hollow, it has it's basis in technical fact.

If everything is visual correct, I don't check the links. It's when I see a visual graphic/text error, I click the link to see where I end up. 

You are wrong about Comedy Central 1249. I just check my HR24-100 and HR21-100, both on the new NR 0576.

The Workaholics image has the South Park Info Box and is Link to South Park. And it's the same for the South Park image. Its image has the Workaholic Info Box and is linked to it as well. 

Be careful, I spent my personal time on a Sunday morning and if you'll read my post it states "Channel 1249 does not have the problem you list on my system" so your conclusion I'm wrong doesn't have much to back it.  I posted explicit instructions as to how to refresh your guide data so you can do what you like from here on.

dcd drucifer has the new hdgui...ive noticed some similar inconsistencies on mine and i have it as well.....that might account for the difference

Thanks for the heads up.  It explains why Directv has held up national release of the new UI.  If it were me, I'd do a double reset to flush the guide.  May or may not help.

i havent messed with mine between school and work not a lot of time...plus the casino this weekend...hahaha was gonna try that thursday...still hasnt corrected itself...only issue ive noticed with it thus far though ...
