Voices not matching up with shows or movies after pausing

Just hooked up a new LG C1 55in and after pausing any show or movie for any amount of time and then continue to watch, the voices dont match up in the content. Tried rewinding, doesnt help. Shut off tv and go back to movie and its fine. Using the model 44 setup box. Not sure if this tv or box related. Any help would be nice. Thanks!

We are glad to share with you an easy troubleshooting in order to solve your audio issue.

Please make sure to follow these steps:

1- Check the volume level and mute settings on your TV and any audio-visual (A/V) device you may have.
2- Check audio settings on your device using your remote: Press the Home button, then Settings > System > Remote & Devices > Program Your Remote > Advanced Remote Program > Switch Volume Control.
3- Make sure that your optical audio cable or HDMI cable is snugly attached to your device, the TV, and any A/V device.
4- Connect your device to a different input to see if you can hear sound.

Thanks for the response Julian. Yesterday I reset the C1 back to factory settings and started all over again. Bestbuy did the first setup and I noticed when he did it he chose directv usa instead of directv with my local city.Did this yesterday with the directv(local city choice) and it hasnt happened again. So not sure if that was the problem but definitely helped.

Just wanted to update, past post was not a fix, and issue was finally resolved. Returned LG C1 to BestBuy on 10/24/21 and exchanged for Sony A80J with no issues what so ever.
