"Watch Now" Button Doesn't work on DirecTV Website

I have DirecTV Satellite (not DirecTV Stream) service and until last week, I was able to watch DirecTV programming on my Windows PC by going to the DirecTV website, logging in and clicking the "Watch Now" button.  Now when I click the button, the screen just goes blank.  I can still click the Account Overview button and all my account information shows up.  I have tried this on three other computers and have gotten the same results.  I have contacted Tech Support twice for this and they have been no help whatsoever.  If anybody knows how to fix this, please let me know as this is a deal breaker with me.
