What error are you receiving? Have you tried a different browser? Do you have the Video Guard player extension installed? What OS and laptop is this? Does this error occur on all channels?

it's the Synamedia Videoguard player issue for me. It had been working for years and I don't know if it was version upgrade or what but it stopped working. I have been periodically troubleshooting it for 15-20 minutes at a time since then. Cleared cache and cookies, incognito browser, reinstalled, Safari and Chrome, deleted the /library/synamedia folder, reinstalled... refresh browser, reboot blah blah blah... I even tried the hosts file entry pointing 127.0.0.1 to drmlocal.synamedia.com.
Same issue. what I've seen on the various forums is that DTV support does not know what to do with this issue so I'm not going to bother to call and have them walk me through what I've already done. Now that Sunday Ticket is gone I'm having a hard time figuring out why I want to continue to be a customer.
