Watching MSNBC & it went black three times already today (2:15 EST)

Watching MSNBC and it went black for about 5 mins starting around 9:15am and then later for less than a minute between 11:30 & 12:15 and then 3rd time just after 2:00pm.  At the moment I have a second service and it was fine on TDS.  So it's not the local feed.  Any thoughts why?  I'm deciding on which service to keep.
