Watching TV

I was watching TV and all of a sudden it goes out and now I get only one channel  but at the bottom of TV it says 711 call for service I payed my bill I've reset the box took the card out done all the tricks and still only have one channal

There's a problem with your account authorization. You can try refreshing your authorization via www.directv.com/refresh

If that doesn't work, you'll have to call. Number below.
