we have direct tv in CT and spectrum wifi in Florida, how do i get my direct tv on my florida tv?

What do you mean by "wireless direct tv"?  DirecTV satellite, or DirecTV Streaming service?

I guess I mean we have satelite but our dvr’s are wireless(I am not really tech savvy)

There is no such thing as a wireless DVR, only wireless clients that are only HD receivers. They are operated by a wired HD DVR called the Genie. In order to have TV in Florida, you would need to get a satellite dish as well as a stand-alone HD or HD DVR receiver. These include the H24, H25, and HR24. They can be purchased on Solid Signal. As far as the dish goes, you need a SWM SL3 LNB, the dish reflector itself, back assembly, and mast. You must also have quad shield RG6 to route to the HD or HDDVR receivers. 

To answer your question, you don’t get Directv on your tv in Florida without a satellite dish and satellite receiver. If your Florida tv is a smart tv or you have a streaming device connected to it, what you can do is use your Directv credentials to stream using the various network apps.

In order to watch DIRECTV on your TV in Florida, it needs to be connected to a DVR and Satellite. In this case, if you're streaming out-of-home, you can use the DIRECTV App to stream on any mobile device.
