Well here's a screwy problem

After submitting 2 different email addresses in a vain attempt to get them to email me the key code, it turns out the problem is that even though the advisor gave my system all green lights, it gave my vid card DRIVER a red dot, even though it's the latest ATI driver available. And that one red dot is preventing me from even trying it to see how well it works.

Everything is in place. MY Network settings shows both Directv2PC and Directv mediashare renderer installed and ready to go. All I need is the freakin code that they won't give me because the advisor doesn't think I have the latest vid card driver which I in fact do have. I can't even email Cyberlink about this as they have it setup where you have to become a member just to email them.

Sigh, why make it so difficult? What purpose does it serve to keep me from even trying it out, especially when the advisor is incorrect.
