What happend to the Manage Recordings Tab

The Manage Recordings Option Disappeared Recently. Now I can no longer access Series Manager or other functions under that heading

Hey @Startingmonday,

 

We are here to help with your recordings tab. Have you tried resetting your DVR? 

 

You can check your filter by list. Go the the Menu -> find "Filber by" list -> change to "Unfiltered."

Try running diagnostics on your service with the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to see if there's a deeper issue that's causing the recordings tab to not appear.

 

Let us know what you find.
