What happened to UP TV (Channel 338)?

I was able to get Channel 338 (Up TV) until this morning.  Now it does not even show up on the Guide!  What happened? Was it dropped by DirecTV? Or did it have something to do when our power was out temporarily last night?

Still working here.  Have you tried a red button reset?

Actually, the channel reappeared on our grid just as mysteriously as it had disappeared!  I suspect it had something to do with their transmission.....

Anyway, all seems to be working right now! 🙂

Hello @pianofingers88,

Glad to hear that the channel return to the line-up. This could have been a program error that fixed itself. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns,

Loss of signal doesn't remove it from the guide.

It may have been a programming glitch - otherwise, why would it mysteriously disappear and reappear on my TV grid?

@pianofingers88

Like you said, it likely just a momentary glitch.

Thanks for reaching out! Let us know if you need anything else.
