What next?

OK, I'm at a loss. I've upgrade my RAM, upgraded my video, and put the latest audio drivers on just to get past the HDCP failures. I see my receiver, see my lists, but now it will not play because it says my monitor and/or computer either can't/won't support copy protected material.

Now, I've almost spent the amount of money on upgrades as it would have cost to just get another TV to get this thing to work.

So, what's the next thing I have to do to get this software to work? I'm not sure what else I need to do.
