Where is my list of recorded shows?
Before I could just push list and they would all be right there organized so I could choose what I wanted to watch. Now I press List and I get a screen saying All Recordings here but they're not. Only a picture of remote telling me how to record. Went to menu to try to find recorded shows. One show that I know would have recorded wasn't there. The recorded shows that are there say multiple episodes But it won't let me view the other ones. I finally found the show i was looking for by using the search. It shouldn't be this hard. This update is not User friendly. It seems like it was made to push customers away. I was on the fence about canceling before this change. Now it will most likely happen unless something gets fixed.

Totally agree! Klkennedy85 describes well both my and my wifes feelings about Direct TV's changes. Where are our recordings? This change is not user friendly and very confusing. We are ready to dump this vastly over priced system and give Spectrum a chance.

Totally agree! One place it says 5 recorded shows, drop down to another location and it has 4. The pictures of the shows take up so much space, I want my list that was condensed back! I hate having to scroll through so many things just to find the recorded show I want to see. It is awful!

I just hit "List" on my remote and they come up. Or is this for streaming service? I just have regular Directv

@Gramof11 for Directv satellite. It used to be that way for me too. After the update when I push list it's not there.

I guess I'm not understanding the problem. My list still works the same and I can still delete a recording that I haven't finished without fast forwarding to the end. I'll experiment again, because it looks different after the update but still working the same.

I just made a post about the new folders and saw this thread off to the side. I have nothing in my list under my name and I made my husband a folder it is having me set up new recordings for everything under my folder. But when I went to my husbands name which I added him I see everything. So I am re adding recordings to my folder i hope they don't still record under his name.

My box hadn’t updated until yesterday….ugggg! Those who still have the listing (the old way) enjoy while you can! I now have the new version and when I click on my recorded tv show picture (and it says 5 shows recorded) there is nothing! I also hit record while watching a show and it doesn’t come up. Guess I need training or there is something seriously wrong with the update. Now I understand why people have been complaining for awhile now, it just hasn’t hit my box yet.

This new upgrade is horrible!! completely non user friendly All of my recording that were on my list i have to send from the app now?! (Edited per community guidelines)? we have had direct tv for decades, we are about to look elsewhere for service if this isn't corrected

Ok I read a lot of comments and decided to reboot my main box. It had been so long since I needed to I totally forgot about doing it. I am embarrassed. Not only did all my recordings show up, hubbys recording menu on the mini showed back up! It had been missing and we thought it was a new version. We are in heaven with our old ways!

On my Directv remote I just press the list button on the top right on the remote. I rarely use the menu button unless I am searching for something. My menu did update it shows pics of what I am currently watching and pics of other shows I like to watch as well.

I guess I'm not understanding the problem. Is this regular Directv or Directv Stream? Seems like so many ppl are having issues with recordings. I've never needed a app to access my recordings or anything else
