white screen of death

I get a white screen when I turn on my tv; the menu will come up and allow me to change channels after a while of being on it will show different things that are on hbo and other channels. I have tired resetting every reciver in the house swapping out cables changing cables and hdmi port, mine is the only tv that is effected by this.  I can watch Netfilx through my blue ray player.  I have a samsung tv
