Why ask what you can do better when you can't hit submit

My button is grayed out so it is worthless-   Do you not care about loyal customers anymore???

This is what I was trying to submit:

While your customer service representative was very nice and polite.  I did not appreciate trying to get me to change phone service - AT&T does not work well in this area  - when I called about the $70 discount I would be losing at the end of the month.  I have always been a loyal direct tv customer - and do not appreciate canned responses - Having to call back at the end of the month to see what discounts I might be eligible for when you had me on the phone today - is NOT good customer service.    - Trying to sell me another package when I like the one I have does not make me a happy camper either -  She was no help.

AT&T's CEO stated a year ago there will be no more discounts for existing customers.
