Why does my TV connection go off every evening in the middle of my favorite shows? Trobleshooting and running diagnostics never works.
I have had direct tv for 3 weeks now and I am so fed up with the horrible TV connection. It goes off every night and keeps saying they're aware of the problem and are working on it, but it never gets resolved. What do I do?

What do you mean by going off? What if any error messages? Everyone get the same signal so if DTV goes down it will be nationwide.
