Why does the Scoreguide app show things like field position like it did in the regular season?
During the regular NFL season the Scoreguide showed which team had the ball and the drive status for each game. Now we’re in the playoffs and it’s just score and time of game

No one here can help. We are just customers on a forum. If you’ve tried the regular red button reset (front where it says ‘PUSH’ or side by the access card for HR54 series) then unfortunately you’ll need to contact DIRECTV and let them know. Perhaps it was intentional.

I guess I hoped that Directv support folks would monitor this forum. So this is really a "Directv couldn't help me so I guess I'll post a question in the hopes that some other user might know the answer".
I'll try calling Directv but do you have any suggestion for which category/dept to ask for? I don't think "apps" is a thing.
