I am wondering the same thing. Ny mom has a direct tv dish on her house and loved channel 369 one day it simply went missing and we cannot find the shows that were on it anywhere else what happened- what can we do
The channel is now back and it is 369 - so the previous comment that Daystar never existed on DIRECTV is not accurate or how in the world did it return to Channel 369?
It was not previously on the DIRECTV STREAM service, but has been on satellite. Apparently it has recently been added to the STREAM service, so a nice update for those it matters for
The prior comment you had issue with did not say it wasn't on DirecTV, but that it wasn't on DIRECTV STREAM. This is the DIRECTV STREAM, not DirecTV (satellite) forum, so responses were provided as such. Yes it is on AT&T for the overlaping name confusion, but it just means pay attention and verify that you are posting in the forum for the service you actual have.
In either case, this is a public forum so everyone is allowed to post their replies whether you like them or not. That is the risk of posting in a public place.
Many people have responded since I asked the question last night. I have checked again this morning and my mom's satellite does not have that channel choice. There are some channels she does not get . Those are kind of grayed out and the ones she gets are highlighted in white. This means you can see other channels you might subscribe to. The channel 369 used to be there but right now as of this minute 7;30 Am April 17 it is not in gray or white it simply is not there. I have contacted the ministry she likes to watch to see if there are other options. My question was what happened to it as it seemed like a great channel.
I see- many of the responses are about a stream. I got this forum by googling the question. this is where it brought me. wasn't trying to wear anyone out just thought someone may know- trying to call business these days is like a revolving door in a big city. The response may not answer my question but others may have somewhat of a similar situation. My mother can't get streaming service but the satellite dish does work. My question was simply because it disappeared a month or so ago- why

Are you talking about the Directv Satellite service or the Directv Streaming service?
Since you posted in the streaming service forum I will address it as such Directv Streaming Service has never had The Daystar Channel.

It’s there now and I didn’t see the channel 369 for nothing back in January. It’s there now.
