Why is Nasa TV always out of sync with the guide?

I've been trying to watch a program on NASA TV. I've also tried to record the program. The guide says it's on at a certain time. Every time I tune in, there is another program on. I have also set my DVR to record the program at the posted time. When I watch the recorded show, it's another program.
