Why when watching CBS, does the video freeze every 3 - 5 mins?

I’m having same problem with cbs and fox, area I live in is owned and ran by same company. Evansville, Indiana, they freeze and pixelate on all televisions in house and people live near by me having same trouble

I was checking on my end and there are currently no issues reported.

My best recommendation would be to reach out the network and see what is happening on their end.

Just an update. Watched 4 or 5 CBS programs over the past 2 days. The freezing issue is gone now. Was something done to fix it? Thanks!!

Yes still having trouble on same 2 channels only

It does on off air antenna also , don’t believe it’s a directv problem it’s the 2 company that owns the 2 channels, they won’t answer my emails.

Meant 1 company Wevv 44 and fox 45 Evansville Indiana, maybe they listen to yall

While DTV can help them they can't fix the channels problems only they can.
