Will app be fixed to stream all it used to

About a month ago or so the app no longer can live stream to my phone all the channels it used to. I also can't watch my "play list" recordings unless it happens to be in the "on demand" list. I am connected to the same wifi network on phone and DVR I believe this coinsides with an update to the DirecTV app.

Hello @plubhan77, thanks for bringing this out to our attention.

Let's try to uninstall and re install the DIRECTV app. Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DIRECTV app.

This has nothing to do with a DIRECTV app upgrade. You must have the Genie model HR44 or HR54 and download recordings on the "Playlist" to be able to watch them for 30 days.

What error code do you get when streaming the live channels on your phone? Have you tried reinstalling the application and signing back in again? Also, does this error occur on all channels with the DIRECTV app or only some?
