Wrong channels

We have been having a reoccurring problem of the wrong programs showing on the wrong channel. For example, 231 which is food network will show what is programmed on the weather channel. We have gone through all recommended steps of trouble shooting. We have called a couple of time. This week we have not been able to speak to anyone.
