Amazon prime on direct tv

You don't DTV is a sat service.  To use streaming content you use the apps on the smart TV or you connect a streaming device to the TV.

I guess mine is not a smart tv. I don’t see any apps.  Is there other streaming devices?

DirecTV has absolutely nothing to do with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc.

You need a streaming device such as a Roku, Firestick or even a "smart TV" that can connect to internet and download apps.

Are you asking how you can add Amazon Prime to your DIRECTV app or smart tv? 


If to your DIRECTV app, it is not possible to add apps into the DIRECTV app, but you can download them to your device from the app store.
