Any update on the issue of using a pc (Mac or Windows) to view DirecTV channels? [edited per community guidelines]
So I worked with Jamie [edited per community guidelines] Social Media Customer Escalations and Process Improvement to see if there is any update on where we left off in the fall on using DirecTV website to watch channels I subscribe to. It hasn't worked for many months. It fails to play video.

I thought it was just me, I can't see my channels online as well, maybe 15% I can see. I also can't see the channels through the app. Are you having an issue with the app as well? seem to have the same channels missing.

No the app appears to work fine. It doesn't have 100% of the channels and I think that is by design. My issue is using a browser (any) to log into DirecTV and watch online through the browser.

The problem has been and still is I can't stream using either a windows or Mac and any browser to watch any of the channels I subscribe to. I see someone named Laura responded I can using an iPad. Yes I know that but I don't have my iPad all the time.
