I have a satellite package with my new home but can’t watch anything on my phone because the app defaults to my closed stream account. How can I delete this old account

Let's find out what is happening with your DIRECTV App. Please make sure that you are ussing the DIRECTV app instead of the DIRECTV STREAM app, then you can find the access ID here for the DIRECTV app by selecting Forgot user ID and following the prompts.
