Audio problems after pause

After a short pause, there is no sound after I hit play. I have a Sony Hi-def tv, Denon and DirecTv. This happens only with watching TV and not when I'm watching from my Blu-Ray/DVD.

After struggling for months with this issue I found out by pure luck that going in the DIRECT TV receiver MENU>Settings>Audio>Dolby Audio and selecting it to OFF solved the problem.

Then I tried several times to pause the programs recorded and live and it is working fine all the times.

For me the problem is solved.

Sorry to say that Consumer support was useless. 

I hope that Direct TV will solve the issue with a software update if possible.
