You're referring to "auto tune" which is only available with a non dvr, what is your receiver model?

Technically even a DVR will change the channel automatically but you may not be on the same tuner to watch it.

Assuming you have a DVR just set up a recording for the Price is Right and you can start watching at 10am or whenever you want.
