Blue box/rectangle when watching Direct TV

The picture is still visible, but has a blue square outline in the middle of the tv screen. It only shows up watching Direct TV and I have tried checking the PIP and the Closed Caption features.  I’ve also tried resetting and power cycling the receiver.  It is not present when watching Netflix or playing the DVD player.  Any suggestions?
