can't log in to NATION
I paid for my membership on 11-22-2022. I have never watched one program because IT WON'T WORK FOR ME!!!I have a DYNEX TV. The signal comes from a DIRECTV BOX. When I call up Channel 1960 I get Tucker on the home Page but when I try to open a program (like COPS) I get a notice that says I have to buy a subscription to view. I already have a FOX NATION Subscription. The statement # is 375176674 Dated 11/25/22. I've talked with copious "Experts" and I'm told by every one that I don't have a smart TV. Why then, can I get into the home page but not the programs???

Hi there. We want to ensure everything about your Fox Nation subscription is working properly! Some steps you can follow to troubleshoot if you count on Satellite service are: 1. Confirm the HD DVR is connected to broadband internet.
2. Use the remote to access the onscreen guide.
3. Select a program and click Watch now.
Or if you count with the Stream service, please go to "On Demand", then Networks, and FOX. Also, we will reach out to you to ensure that these steps worked. Luisa, DIRECTV Community Specialist.

Ch 1960 Fox Nation is not the same channel as their streaming app. This question comes up quite often. It's very confusing since the names are the same.

Subscription to the Fox Nation service does not give you access to it on DirecTV. You subscribe to Fox Nation app then you watch it there instead as has nothing to do with DirecTV.
Yes these streaming-only services from the networks when they also have provider or On Demand channels causes a lot of confusion.
Also, never post your account/statement number as you have shared that with the world and have opened yourself up for scams in the future.
