CAN'T PLAY DIRECT TV SHOWS ON MY LAPTOP COMPUTER
I am having trouble getting television shows to play on my HP Pavilion 360 laptop computer. The guide is loaded, but when I press the show I want to watch, it will not play. Do you think this has something to do with the Synamedia Videoguard Player?

Okay thanks. However, I get these same shows on my Samsung smartphone. I am unable to view ANY shows on my laptop. I also have Microsoft Edge on my laptop. Could that have something to do with it? I will look at the Direct TV site. Thanks!

I am having the same problem. All browsers. I believe it is because Adobe Flash Player was discontinued as of January 2021. 4 calls to support, no help. Does ATT plan to roll out a modified web player?

I saw something get help from tech hahaha, for troubleshooting steps, and inform them that you already did the basic like restarting and checking cables.

->TheBrain000- Don't you think that we have all done this already? Don't you think that we "googled" for a resolution and that is why we have landed at this page? Our efforts are to try and find things that worked for others. Each scenario may be different based on the computer, software, etc. Useful tips are appreciated on threads herein... not UN-useful comments.
My issue ended up being a MIS-MATCHED email address on the backend of their systems and it was escalated into a higher tier support group. They corrected the issue and it resolved my streaming problem.

To ATTHelp,
I tried 3 browsers, I tried 2 laptops, I could stream on the laptop last year (2020). I've been given those directions before and tried them. I have deleted cookies. I have reloaded the software. I tried to get the Adobe Flash but can't because it's no longer supported. There has to be a solution to this problem since quite a number of people are having the same problem.
