Good evening @jrlrtr, we're here to help get your DirecTV working!
Can you tell us what operating systems and browsers you're using?
It may help to check the computer requirements to watch DirecTV online. You can view them here.
Please let us know if this helps.

As I mentioned I am also having the same issue. My operating system is Windows 10. It was just updated a couple of days ago so it is the latest version. Chrome is version 91.0.4472.101, and Edge is version 91.0.864.48. Looked at the link you referenced and verified I meet the reqs listed.
ATTHELP-- what else can you suggest to resolve this issue?

Hello @Wannabe32 ! We are happy to help.
When choosing to watch online were you prompted to install DIRECTV Player?
If you were, locate VideoGuard in your files and uninstall it.
Clear cache and cookies
Then once more:
When installation is complete, refresh your browser to start watching.
Let us know how it goes.

Did everything you suggested in the order you listed, but the show I selected again stopped loading at 85%,
What do you suggest I try next?

Forgot to mention that when I uninstalled and reinstalled VideoGuard I got a notification that the install was successful. so I don't think it is a VideoGuard related issue.

Shut everything down and restarted laptop. Don't know if rebooting had anything to do with it but for whatever reason now I can watch a show on my laptop.
