Channel Opt-In not connecting

Yep, another post about the A&E opt-in.

I log in (to https://www.directv.com/channel-opt-in/) just fine.  I get the DirecTV Channel Opt-In header, and then just a spinning circle.  Nothing else.  I've been trying this every day for over a week.  Help?
