Channels that changed TODAY 2/9/22 that worked yesterday. 603,231,272,297, hbo's etc

I am an employee/retiree.  I DID NOT change my package yet as of sometime today, a BUNCH of my channels went away.  603 the cowboy channel was the first noticed.  Here are more:  231,272,297,298,302,306,323(FETV), 338 (UPTV), HBO's 501-509.  

Now we have the SHOWtimes which we never had.  I DID NOT change my package and was not notified my package would be changed.  What is going on?  I have checked all my receivers.

No idea. We're customers like you. What channel package do you have? Does it still say that on your DirecTV Account? You might try refreshing your subscription authorizations .... www.directv.com/refresh

I am an AT&T retired employee and yes, it says everything is the same.  It is the package we have as an employee.  We were only notified about the price change, no package or channel channels.  I assumed CS or someone from DTV was monitoring this.

Guess I will have to give the CS a Call tomorrow, not in the mood to do it today.

what happens if you try to tune those channels manually by keying in the channel number?

It seems to have been your typical computer glitch.  The regular refresh didn't work but when Miles for the helpdesk re-initiated the main box, all the channels came back.
