Content is Unavailable at this Time.. Try Again Later

I get this error pretty frequently.

I have 20% available on the storage.

Any ideas why this is happening??

It's getting very annoying.

What "content"? What channels?

Typically you wouldn't see this message from live satellite channels or your own DVR recordings. Are you a satellite or streaming customer?

Satellite customer.

This movie is a DVR recording.

Was it fully recorded first or are you trying to watch while downloading?

What channel?

Programming package?

Model of box?

What troubleshooting have you already tried?

The movie has been in my watch list for about a week.

Not sure if it was totally downloaded at this time.

I believe my package is extra.

This the only recording that this happens to this time. It has occurred other

times and other recordings, but they eventually will play.

This recording has been stuck all day.

Using  DTV search says 927 is an internet error.

Model of box?

How are you connected to internet?

What kind of internet (DSL, fiber, satellite, hotspot, etc.)

Is only one box connected (sharing with the others) or do multiple boxes have their own?

Something to try is to reset your router. Most have a menu option but you can just unplug power for a couple minutes. Reset network defaults on the DirecTV box. Then after the router is fully back up run network setup on the DirecTV box. This provides a fresh connection in case there was a communication issue with the data between those two points. Doesn't hurt to check if the router has any firmware updates as well.

Hopefully it is just that direct communication and not something further up the internet chain.

Model#: HR52-5000.

I tried a couple things but didn't work.

I do have a question.

Out of 60 or so recordings I only have 1 that this happing with at this time: "Jurassic World" 2015 and was recorder from TBS channel 1247.

Wouldn't more recordings be affected by an internet issue??

I tried nearly half of the recordings today and no issues.

Also, I found no issue on the said movie on ROKU.

I'm terribly sorry but I don't have the time or patience to go thru all this troubleshooting for 1 movie.

That is the On Demand channel that uses the internet so it is a TBS server to you problem not a DTV sat problem.   In most cases a channel that starts with a 1 is the On Demand version of that channel.
