CW isn’t shown in HDTV in Cincinnati Ohio?
Why doesn’t DIRECTV show the CW in HD in Cincinnati OH? I mean the Picture is Standard Definition. Picture is really bad! I got a Better Picture with YouTube TV than DIRECTV! I’m really considering switching to YouTube TV! When I had DIRECTV in Port Richey FL we had Very HD Picture on the CW!! In Cincinnati OH the picture is no good plus it cuts off most of the person’s head and the volume is very low!! Why??

Hello @batwomanfl, we're happy to help you with your inquiry regarding the CW channel.
We'd recommend checking the Satellite strength and alignment as they suggested. If that doesn't help, you may want to refresh and resend channel information and authorizations. Please keep in mind that refreshing is not the same as restarting.

Yeah, I’ve been back in Ohio for 5 years now. If the CW or DIRECTV isn’t going to show it’s programming in HD when I’m paying for it, then I’m going to move on to YouTube TV. After 5 years of asking Customer Service “When are you going to show the CW in HDTV?” And me getting the answer” We’ll pass on your info to the Programming Dept.” Anyway, after 5 years with DIRECTV up here and over 20 years in Florida it’s time to move on I guess. It's probably because your CW station is delivered on a sub-channel of your CBS station, WKRC-TV, Ch 12.1. The CW station is Ch 12.2.
