DirceTV not working on MacBook pro

I am trying to watch the 2021 gold cup final on August 1. It says it is available to watch on the computer and phone. I have tried to watch on Safari, Google chrome, and Firefox. However I get a message that the video player has failed over and over. It is extremely frustrating. I have reinstalled the video player three times, reloaded the pages, clear search history and cookies, and everything else that the forms have told me. I've checked for updates on my computer and updated my computer. And the same issue occurs. I am paying money for this feature and I'm not able to watch.
