DirectTV credentials not working in Bally Sports App
Since DirectTV app does not let me watch Padres on channel 694, I was using Bally Sports App to watch Padres games on my IPhone using my DirectTV credentials. However, since about a week ago the credentials stopped working. After I enter my credentials the screen goes back to input mode instead of switching to game. Bally Sports Tech support says it a DirectTV issue, which is why I am contacting you. Can you please help? Thanks

I am having the same problem. It started when I changed my Directtv password.

The problem occurs on my IPad, IPhone and FireTv. As well as when I try to access via the ballysports.com website.
