Directv App Not working on Amazon Tablet
The Directv App will no longer work on my Amazon Fire 8 Tablet Generation 7. It used to work just fine. Amazon said its a Directv problem, not a problem with my tablet.

@brv1324 we need more details. What exactly do you mean when you say "the DIRECTV app will no longer work?"
This could mean an issue with your tablet, an issue with your WiFi network, an issue with your login credentials, you are using an older version of the app, and so much more.
To narrow down possible issues, we need to know more info.

When I click on the DIRECTV app button I get "It seems that you are using an older version of this app" click here to update. When I click on the button it takes me to "DIRECTV on the Go for Fire Tablets" button. When I click on button it takes me back to "you are using an older version of the app" please download latest revision. Keep looping. Amazon has the ability to run remote tests on the tablet and they say everything seems fine. I have TNT, PLUTO and ESPN running on the tablet.

May I please know the Operative System of the tablet? I'd like to make sure it is already updated with the latest version. Also, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

@brv1324 install an APK online for DIRECTV for Tablets. Be sure to use the newest one.
This way, you can avoid the Amazon store, which is having issues installing the newest version of the DIRECTV for Tablets application.

My tablet is running Fire OS 5.7.0.0. Amazon had me do a reset to factory default. I will try to install an APK on the tablet.
