Directv APP or online channels not showing
I recently upgraded to the Genie 2, the day of install my directv app no longer showed all my channels (only showed 12) I put in a call that was escalated and the next day everything worked like normal. Fast Forward 2 months later when I logged into my account to refresh my genie since I can't see any programing on 4k channel 105 and 106, this screwed everything up and I can no longer see all the channels in the app again. I called and no one know what to do or how to help me, this is very frustrating, they keep telling me to reinstall the app or log off and on again, no matter what I say they just keep repeating themselves. I know this is just a form but if anyone have experienced this of have any advice on a particular department to contact please let me know.

Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do as you state. You seem to have already tried all of the troubleshooting that I would suggest. There isn’t a specific department I am aware of that deals with issues as far as the app or otherwise the secondary streaming perk.
Just to be sure, what twelve channels are you seeing? I know you have tried reinstalling the app, logging in with your credentials again, etc.

the channels are mostly locals. NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, Fox and my HBO's
