Directv app starts then freezes, audio works

First off, I'm a directv satellite customer, but I use the app often to stream.   All of the sudden on my chromebook only the app will start, get choppy then the video freezes. The audio stays working perfectly. I have restarted the app, re-downloaded it, cleared all cache.  It will also not work using the browser.  It goes to download player , then it pops up download player again. My OS version on my Lenvo is 114.0.5735.18.  There were no updates or changes before this stopped working correctly. This app does work on my phone and another TV so it's not internet related.  I'm stuck with where I go from here.
