DirecTV App / Unable to Stream Channels

I had my DVR receiver replaced today with the Genie 2 HS17. While there are no issues with any of my TVs and physical receivers if I

try to watch my programming on any of my mobile devices or Apple TV the majority of the channels are no longer available to be streamed.

Was working on all devices with no issues before the switching of the DVD boxes.

If I recall correctly, a replacement box could take up to 48 hours to have on demand and things related to it available.  Perhaps a bit of time will cure your problem.

Sorry for the streaming trouble after your upgrade, @dkopacz. Please try these steps to resync your account and restore your channel lineup:
  1. Log Out Completely: Log out of the DIRECTV App on all your mobile devices and Apple TV.
  2. Clear App Cache: Uninstall the app from your devices to completely erase old data cache.
  3. Reinstall & Log In: Reinstall the app and log back in using your primary credentials to force the system to detect your new Genie 2 server.
