Directv For Business App

I have attempted to call Directv several times and no one can help me. I can only see and control two receivers from my directv app, yet I have 11 receivers. I have went through all the troubleshooting I can find to walk through. Some of my receivers aren't even saying they're connected and there isn't a valid IP address. So I'm begging, someone please help me.

What are ALL of the receiver models? Which are connected to the internet? (2)

Is the iPad connected to the same network as your other receivers? How is your system currently set up? Include any sort of splitters you might have, how your receivers are getting internet, etc.
